Advanced reporting features
Our latest update introduces new advanced reporting tools that give you deeper insights into desk usage, booking patterns, and overall workspace efficiency. These features are designed to help you make data-driven decisions to optimise your office space.
- Customisable reports: Powerful filters allow you to tailor the data to your specific requirements. Whether you need a detailed report of daily desk usage for a single location or across multiple floor plans, or to report on bookings by user, space type or guests, our new reporting functionality gives you complete flexibility.
- Export reports: Easily output reports in CSV format for further analysis.
- User-friendly interface: Our new reporting tools can be found within the admin navigation menu and are integrated seamlessly into the existing user interface, making it easy for you to view the data and generate reports.

In preparation for future product enhancements we have on our roadmap, we have changed ‘Dashboard’ to ‘Analytics within the admin menu.
