Service Providers
Service providers used by Viewteam in the provision of the Viewteam Service
Torpedo Group Limited T/A Viewteam (“Viewteam”, “we”) uses various companies in the process of providing its services. This page sets out the service providers we engage, the services they provide and the international data transfers involved.
A “Sub-processor” is a third-party data processor engaged by Viewteam to process Customer Personal Data (as defined in the Terms of Service). Viewteam engages different types of Sub-processors to perform functions for the Viewteam platform as explained below.
Viewteam complies with applicable data protection laws when transferring personal data to service providers outside the UK/EU/EEA by ensuring there is an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses, international data transfer agreement or other safeguard in place to protect personal data to the standards required under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR once it has been transferred to the service provider (a “Transfer Mechanism”).
Viewteam may change the service providers it uses at any time, subject to its obligations under the Terms of Service with respect to Sub-processors. If Viewteam changes service providers, we will update this page.
